Rice Pudding (Shir-Berenj)

1 cup rice
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup rose water

-Put the rice into the pot,fill the pot with water up to 1 inch above the rice.
-Boil it till the rice fully cooked and become very soft.
-Add the milk, sugar and rosewater.
-Boil and then reduce the heat.
-Mix the pudding untill it become a soft paste.
- Remove it from the heat and pour it in the serving cups.
- Place it on a cool place and then refrigerate it for one hour.
-Its ready to serve,enjoy!!!
