1 cup rice
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup rose water
-Put the rice into the pot,fill the pot with water up to 1 inch above the rice.
-Boil it till the rice fully cooked and become very soft.
-Add the milk, sugar and rosewater.
-Boil and then reduce the heat.
-Mix the pudding untill it become a soft paste.
- Remove it from the heat and pour it in the serving cups.
- Place it on a cool place and then refrigerate it for one hour.
-Its ready to serve,enjoy!!!

Carrot Juice-Ice Cream (Havij-Bastani)
- 1 big cup carrot juice
- 3 Scoop vanilla ice cream
Put vanilla ice cream in a glass and pour cup of carrot juice on that.Mix it with a spoon and drink it with a straw.Its a good dessert for your summer.Enjoy!!!

Mast-va-Laboo (Yogurt & Beet)
2 cup yogurt
1 medium beet
1 teaspoon butter
Wash the beet carefully and rub it with a little bit of butter, roast it in oven (375) for 45 min to 1 hour. Wait till it'll be cool down then dice it into small pieces and mix it with yogurt.Its ready to serve.

Yogurt-Cucumber (Mast-va-Khiar)
2 cup yogurt
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon raisin
1/2 teaspoon dry mint (or 1 teaspoon well chopped fresh mint)
salt
Beat yougurt with a pinch of salt and then peal cucumber and cut it to small pieces and add it with raisin to yougurt and mix them together.Keep it in refrigrator for half an hour and serve it cold.
